This is a very neat new service - Posterous

You set up an account at Posterous.com.  Then you can post to all of your accounts with one simple email.  You send an email to post@posterous.com and it recognizes your email address and places your post on more than one site.  So you can write something once and then it will post it for example on Facebook, Flickr, your blog site (I use blogger.com) and twitter without you having to post on them one at a time.  It works for videos, pictures and text.
